The problem is that I don't have the Adobe Muse CC 2018.1.0.266 folder in my libraries.
Anybody knows what should I do to solve this problem?

Agreed. People should have to pass some type of knowledge test to get a
security clearance. Or else, get a job that doesn't require one and take
another position with a different employer.

All of the articles and comments here are missing a really important fact:
although the federal government has a security clearance system, it is really
just for gov employees and contractors in sensitive positions.
Security clearances are not really required of the average white collar
worker. They are in law enforcement, military, govt contracting, etc.
